Does the contract specify minimum disaster recovery and business continuity <br />requirements, including penalties for non-compliance, as discovered through onsite <br />inspections, audits or actual disasters? <br />a. No. <br /> <br />If No, Explain: Not contractually. But we do employ best of breed technology and <br />practices that address these concerns. <br /> <br />17. Does the contract require the cloud vendor to notify the County of any outsourced <br />functionality and its provider? <br />a. No <br /> <br />If No, Explain: Not contractually, but there are no third-party dependencies for <br />storage/hosting.
