Airborne particle mass (PM10) readings must be below the thresholds established <br />by the EPA for healthy indoor air. <br /> <br />The PRV should be scheduled to occur 24 hours following mold removal and before the remediation firm has pulled <br />equipment out of the building. The remediated area must remain off-limits to any personnel other than the <br />remediation team and testing firm until the PRV has been completed and clearance has been achieved. <br /> <br />The remediation contractor cannot be held responsible for future growth of fungal colonies in the remediated area as <br />new growth can be achieved with the reintroduction of moisture.
