10 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />o. Program Fraud and False or Fraudulent Statements or Related Acts. The Provider <br />acknowledges that 31 U.S.C. Chap. 38 (Administrative Remedies for False Claims and <br />Statements) applies to the Provider’s actions pertaining to this Agreement. <br />p. Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between <br />the County and the Provider amends and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations <br />or agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be amended only by written <br />instrument signed by both parties. Modifications may be evidenced by facsimile signatures. <br /> <br />q. Notices.
