CE will agree with client on minimum months expected, and if the client <br />extends beyond those months and inventory becomes unavailable due to previous confirmed projects already on the <br />schedule, additional pricing may apply to solve the inventory issues. The maximum amount payable under this rental <br />agreement is $______________ . This amount may only be exceeded by a written amendment duly executed by authorized <br />representatives of both parties. <br />2 - Upon confirming the rental agreement, client agrees to pay a 50% deposit for the 1st month with the remaining balance <br />due on NET 30 terms. The deposit is required prior to the delivery and installation of the product. <br />3 - Any adjustments to the rental period or the delivery and pick up time range may result in additional costs. <br />4 - Certain additional terms related to Covid 19 are listed below; <br />----CE Rental, Inc. is presenting this proposal for tenting applications and understands that risk of contamination of the rental <br />product is very low. This proposal is for rental only. <br />----CE Rental, Inc. and the client agree that if at any time during the rental period, any of the rental items become <br />contaminated, items may have to be destroyed/incinerated based on the recommendations of the CDC and FEMA. If this <br />occurs, client agrees to pay additional replacement value of the items in addition to the full balance of this rental agreement. <br />----CE Rental, Inc. is not equipped to manage hazardous materials. In the event of contamination, the client agrees to <br />provide, and is financially responsible for, any required Hazmat removal teams to manage the dismantling, removal, and <br />destruction of any rental product in accordance with Government, CDC, and FEMA guidelines. <br />5 - Once the initial delivery and installation is complete, CE Rental, Inc. will have fulfilled this agreement.
