Comprehensive Report: $300.00 per candidate <br />3. Administrative fee Comprehensive Psychological: $100.00 per Applicant <br />(charged if Applicant fails to appear for face-to-face interview) <br />4. Agency Administrative Interface Initial Certification: $250.00 per workstation <br />(Initial access fee per Certified Computer station) <br />5. Agency Administrative Interface Yearly Renewal Fee: $125.00 per workstation <br />(for Certified Computer station each year after the Initial Certification expires) <br />6.
