(100 words or <br /> less) <br /> The Anger Management program is a twelve-session behavior education program <br /> that provides participants with tools for discovering triggers for anger and aggressive <br /> action cues. Participants explore the origins of anger, how to monitor intensity of angry <br /> feelings, strategies for managing anger expression, and how distorted beliefs and <br /> thoughts can fuel anger. They practice respectful, controlled, and assertive <br /> communication and learn the dynamics of social and emotional competence.
