Pathways is a non-profit organization <br /> dedicated to improving social well-being by prioritizing victim safety and offender <br /> (batterer) accountability through social change programs. Pathways' primary focus is on <br /> group sessions that provide offenders the tools for change through three different <br /> programs: Partner Abuse Intervention, Strong Fathers, and Anger Management. <br /> 3. Please provide a brief description of your organization's past achievements in carrying out similar <br /> projects and evidence of successful record of meeting proposed budgets and timetables (no more than <br /> 100 words). <br /> Pathways serves offenders using evidence and research-informed curriculum rooted in <br /> the theories of the Duluth (new behavior learning) and Emerge (dosage) models. <br /> Pathways has earned the approval of the NC Council for Women to offer certified <br /> Batterer Intervention programs in Orange, Durham, and Chatham Counties. Pathways is <br /> the only organization that serves the three-county area. <br /> Pathways has effectively operated all three programs in Durham County and has <br /> recently begun hiring additional staff to start and operate all three programs in Orange <br /> County <br /> 4.
