Middle and high school students referred to STRIVE will attend a minimum of 6 sessions,receiving individual social-emotional and academic support,as • prescribed by their referring school,and receive follow-up services throughout the school year. • Middle and high school students referred to STRIVE will attend at least 3 group mentoring sessions during their referral period. • `Due to COVID-19,services will be provided remotely for the foreseeable future.If school resumes in-person,we will revert to services as specified in our application. Anticipated Outcomes The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange County,only(all Towns and municipalities).
