FTS <br />Ferguson Transit Solutions, LLC <br />EXHIBIT A <br />The basic services are an overall review of best practices in place at Orange County Public <br />Transit and Fleet Management, including but not limited to: <br />Federal Transit Administrations Compliance <br />Fleet Assessment <br />Preventive Maintenance Program Analysis <br />Review of Fleet Management Procedures <br />Parts Procurement and Parts Inventory <br />Service Interruption <br />Spare Buses Available <br />Maintenance Records <br />Travel Cost is not included in Compensation for Basic Services. Travel cost break down are: <br />Daily Lodging $150.00 <br />Daily Meals $54.00 (GSA Allowance $64.00 a day) <br />Mileage 0.585 A Mile (IRS Approve Rate) <br />Other Transportation Only Required for New Bus Inspection <br />(Air Fare & Rental Car) <br />An Audit Report will be provided with areas of reviewed. Recommendations and product <br />information will be provided after the Audit is completed. <br />Ferguson Transit Solutions fulfilled Operation Audit and Maintenance Audit April 22, 2019 <br />through April 26, 2019. A final Audit Report with recommendations and manufacture reference <br />was provided to Orange County Public Transit Department Head on June 5, 2019. <br />Additional services can be located in Exhibit B with pricing. As additional services are required <br />by Orange County Public Transit services can be scheduled. Ferguson Transit Solutions <br />experience can assist with activity as a scope of work, timeline, and a purchase order is provided. <br />FTS are committed to helping Orange County Public Transit to be successful as Transportation <br />Services are delivered to the General Public of Orange County.
