We understand the <br /> property is currently developed with buildings, a paved driveway, and a gravel parking lot. The existing <br /> ground surface slopes downward from north to south,with elevations between 660 and 645 feet. <br /> The project involves construction of a new building,pavements,and a stormwater control measure(SCM). <br /> We assume that the proposed building will be a one-story steel-framed structure with masonry walls and <br /> a slab-on-grade ground floor. Design foundation loads have not been provided to us.
