They must be replaced at owner expense. <br /> <br /> <br /> Stair Chair Exclusions <br /> <br />Cable Assembly, Belt Track and Accessories on Stair Chairs are not included in the all <br />inclusive agreement. Repairs will be made if possible (parts may not be available), but <br />devices can not be replaced under this agreement. Replacement is at owner expense. <br /> <br /> Power Cot Exclusions <br /> <br />Electronic and Hydraulic Systems are not included in the all inclusive agreement. <br />Repairs will be made if possible (parts may not be available), but devices can not be <br />replaced under this agreement. Replacement is at owner expense. <br /> <br /> Power Load / Performance Load Exclusions <br /> <br />Preventive maintenance for PowerLoads and Performance Loads does not include parts <br />and labor for any repairs that are required. Parts will be billed at list price and labor will <br />be billed at the rate of $90/hr. <br /> <br /> <br /> Fastener Rail <br /> <br />Fastener Rail adjustment is included under this agreement, but not repairs or <br />replacement. <br /> <br /> <br /> Scheduled Work Dates <br /> <br />Every effort will be made by the Company to arrange work dates which will be suitable to <br />the Customer.
