e.Oral, written, televised, videotaped or electronic publication of material that violates a person's right of <br />privacy; <br />B.The following offense is added under the list of offenses under paragraph 14. “Personal and Advertising <br />Injury” (of Section V – Definitions): <br />h.Discrimination or humiliation that results in injury to the reputation of a person, but only if such <br />discrimination or humiliation is: <br />(1)Not done intentionally by or at the direction of: <br />(a)An insured; or <br />(b)Any "executive officer" director, stockholder, partner or member of the insured; and <br />(2)Not directly or indirectly related to the employment, prospective employment, or termination of <br />employment of any person or persons by any insured. <br />C.Sub-paragraphs b. Material Published With Knowledge Of Falsity and c. Material Published Prior To <br />Policy Period of paragraph 2. Exclusions of Section I – Coverages. Coverage B - Personal And Advertising <br />Injury Liability are replaced by the following: <br />b.Material Published With Knowledge Of Falsity <br />"Personal and advertising injury" arising out of oral, written, televised, videotaped or electronic <br />publication of material, if done by or at the direction of the insured with knowledge of its falsity; <br />c. Material Published Prior To Policy Period <br />"Personal and advertising injury" arising out of oral, written, televised, videotaped or electronic <br />publication of material whose first utterance, publication, or broadcast took place before the beginning <br />of the policy period; <br />15.Property Damage Liability - Borrowed Equipment <br />The following is added: <br />“Property Damage“ to borrowed equipment while at a jobsite and while not being used to perform operations. The <br />most we will pay for “property damage” to any one borrowed equipment item under this coverage is $25,000 per <br />occurrence. The insurance afforded under this provision is excess over any valid and collectible property insurance <br />(including deductible) available to the insured, whether primary, excess, and contingent or on any other basis. <br />16.Supplementary Payments (Bail Bonds) Enhancement <br />Sub-paragraph b.of paragraph 1. of SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS – COVERAGES A And B (of SECTION I) is <br />replaced by the following: <br />b.Up to $5,000 for cost of bail bonds required because of accidents or traffic law violations arising out of <br />the use of any vehicle to which the Bodily Injury Liability Coverage applies.
