I wanted to jot down <br />my thoughts on pricing and providing a study for the West Campus office and Library buildings. <br />Please review and get back with me. <br /> <br />Orange County Transportation Motor Pool- <br />Add A/C to the vehicle repair areas. We also are recommending adding (2) forced air unit heaters to supplement the <br />infrared units. <br />The budget is $93,500.00 <br />We propose a 11% fee for this project broken down as listed below- <br />Permit drawings= $7,500.00 <br />Bidding= $1,000.00 <br />Construction Administration= $2,000.00 <br />Schedule- <br />Permit drawings= 4 to 6 weeks <br />Bidding= 2 weeks <br /> <br />Orange County Central Recreation Center- <br />Replace the existing HVAC units and reconfigure the unit locations and duct work to allow better access and operation. <br />The budget is $165,000.00 <br />We propose a 9% fee for this project broken down as listed below- <br />Permit drawings= $10,500.00 <br />Bidding= $1,500.00 <br />Construction Administration= $3,000.00 <br />Schedule- <br />Permit drawings= 4 to 6 weeks <br />Bidding= 2 weeks <br /> <br /> <br />Orange County West Campus Office Building and <br />Orange County Main Branch Library <br />We recommend starting the project by completing a building HVAC assessment first. We propose to visit the site and go <br />through the entire system to determine the condition of the equipment and systems prior to any wholesale <br />replacement. We can proceed with the server room HVAC separately if needed. <br />Building HVAC assessment and report= $3,500.00 per building for a total of $7,000.00. We will go this study as an <br />“hourly not to exceed” price.
