The <br />first is that a voter approved countywide supplemental. tax will <br />be distributed to the schools in the same manner that current <br />exec-nse County appropriated funds are distributed, that is "per <br />pupil." This is true regardless of whether the schools intend to <br />use the tax proceeds for current expense, capital, or both.
