<br /> <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Remix Services Agreement <br />This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Remix, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company"), and OPT (Hillsborough, <br />NC)("Customer") and will become effective when it is executed by authorized representatives of both parties (the “Effective Date”). <br />Scope of Services & Terms <br />Effective Date November 1, 2020 <br />Commitment Term 3 years <br />Ø 11/1/20 to 10/31/23 <br />Remix Transit Planning <br />Platform License <br />Total Contract Value: US $36,000 / 3 years <br />Ø $12,000 USD per year based on a total fixed route fleet of 6 <br /> <br />Includes: <br />• Remix licenses for an unlimited number of users within organization. <br />• Software as a Service (SaaS): fully hosted, cloud-based web platform. <br />• Platform functionality as described on page 1 with continuous improvements <br />released throughout the course of the contract <br />• Dedicated Customer Success staff <br />• Premium Enterprise Support: response to requests in 1 business day <br />Marketing Terms Willingness to work with Remix to develop a case study, mutually agreeable press release, <br />ability to use Customer as a reference. <br /> <br />This Agreement incorporates the attached Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
