Have you <br />experienced a <br />decrease in TOTAL <br />HOUSEHOLD <br />income of 30% or <br />more? <br />Yes <br />Please explain how <br />your general <br />livelihood has been <br />impacted by COVID- <br />19. <br />Typically I would hav e a class or two by now at the ArtsCenter. The <br />problem is, I don't hav e the time or space to create a v irtual class. <br />I'v e had my two boys at home, 17 and 9 years old, 24-7 and it just <br />takes time. My husband helps too but he also has work... .and his too <br />has slowed down! <br />I do hope to teach an outdoor class in the Fall but until then, those <br />bucks are being missed! !! I lov e the ArtsCenter. <br />Have you applied for <br />unemployment <br />benefits? <br />No <br />Please explain your <br />decision to not apply <br />for benefits: <br />It's not a regular gig, sometimes I get enough students for then to <br />offer the class, other times I don't... .but by now, I would hav e had at <br />least 2...and I do hav e a part-time job with non-profit Abundance <br />NC...no contract with ArtsCenter. <br />Grant amount <br />requested: <br />595 <br />How do you intend to <br />use the grant, if <br />awarded? <br />Ha!
