Subsection 8. Limit of Liability and Retention (e) of the Employment Practices Liability Coverage Section is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />“(e) The limit of liability available during the Extended Reporting Period (if exercised) shall be part of, and <br />not in addition to, the Company's maximum aggregate limit of liability for all Loss on account of all <br />Claims first made during the immediately preceding Policy Year, unless an Extended Reporting <br />Period is purchased with a "reinstated limit" in accordance with Subsection 4. of the General Terms <br />and Conditions Section." <br /> <br /> <br />The Policy will be deemed to have been amended to the extent necessary to effect the purposes of <br />this Amendatory Endorsement. <br /> <br />The regulatory requirements set forth in this Amendatory Endorsement shall supersede and take <br />precedence over any provisions of the Policy or any endorsement to the Policy, whenever added, that <br />are inconsistent with or contrary to the provisions of this Amendatory Endorsement, unless such <br />Policy or endorsement provisions comply with the applicable insurance laws of the state of North <br />Carolina. <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 010D91E2-5C66-4610-B0AF-F96D7E61B6C5
