Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to <br />perform the essential functions. <br /> <br />Education and/or Experience: • <br /> HS Diploma or equivalent required <br /> A four year business related degree preferred or equivalent business experience. <br /> 2-5 years store operations experience <br /> Experience managing and improving Operational P&L performance. <br /> <br />License/Certification: Valid NC Driver’s License <br /> <br />KNOWLEDGE: <br /> Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and <br />selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product knowledge, <br />sales techniques, and sales control systems. <br /> Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer <br />and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for <br />services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. <br /> Economics & Accounts - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, forecasting, and <br />analyzing data and financial information. <br /> Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles <br />involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, l eadership <br />technique, and coordination of people and resources. <br /> Personnel and Human Resources—Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel <br />recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and negotiation, and <br />personnel information systems. <br /> Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of and computer hardware and software, including <br />applications and programming. Proficient using Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, <br />and PowerPoint. <br /> Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer <br />and personal services.
