All General, <br />Supplementary and Special Conditions, etc., as originally specified or as modified below shall apply to these <br />items. <br /> <br />General <br />1. The request for information and product substitution period has now ended. <br />2. A second bidder walkthrough was held Wed, July 1st @ 11 – 11:30am. <br />3. Refer to page 2 for a list of Addendum 2 attachments. <br />4. ADDENDUM 1 CORRECTION: The existing fire alarm system is Schneider Electric. <br />5. ADDENDUM 1 CORRECTION: The existing building controls system is Piedmont Service Group, <br />CMS controls. <br />6. Regarding work hours from Europa building management: <br />β€œIn general loud work should be done after 5pm. Depending on building occupancy <br />when you start we may be able to adjust timing. Service doors are open 7am to 7pm. <br />We can provide an access card if needed.” <br />7.
