All General, <br />Supplementary and Special Conditions, etc., as originally specified or as modified below shall apply to these <br />items. <br /> <br />General <br />1. A mandatory PreBid meeting was held on June 23rd. The bidder list is attached. <br />2. The request for information and product substitution period will end Thursday July 2nd. <br />3. A second walkthrough is scheduled for Wed, July 1st @ 11 – 11:30am. The suite will be <br />available for bidders to observe. PPE is required. <br />4. Refer to page 2 of this document for a list of all Addendum 1 attachments. <br />5. The existing fire alarm system is Edwards EST. <br />6. The existing building controls system is Schneider Electric. <br />7. Attached is a requisite Town of Chapel Hill Recycling form stipulating the diversion of construction <br />waste. This has been signed by the owner.
