Conflicting Requirements: Where compliance with 2 or more standards is specified and the standards <br />establish different or conflicting requirements for minimum quantities or quality levels, comply with the <br />most stringent requirement. Minimum Quantity or Quality Levels: The quantity or quality level shown or specified shall be <br />the minimum provided or performed.
