Modem Integration <br />Modem Integration. Agency shall provide access to cellular modems and <br />antennas that meet or exceed our requirements. In the event an agency <br />selects a modem that has not yet been integrated to the TouchPass System, <br />Delerrok shall work with the agency to perform one-time integration of agency <br />modems to facilitate use for communications between Readers and the <br />TouchPass System. We shall provide to the agency a list of the currently <br />integrated modem makes and models upon request. <br />The Modem Integration fee is per integration with each unique modem type <br />but will not be applicable if integration of the agency-selected modem type has <br />previously been completed by us and can be confirmed to be applicable to <br />Agency’s modem type. <br />1.3.3. TouchPass Cards <br />Contactless smart cards pre-printed with the TouchPass card graphics and <br />Agency logo and compatible with the TouchPass System and with the <br />TouchPass Card and Graphics Specifications attached to our technical <br />proposal. Pricing is for a recommended initial purchase of 1,000 cards. <br />Cards may be purchased from an independent supplier but must comply with <br />the TouchPass Card and Graphics Specifications and must be shipped to <br />Delerrok for encoding prior to delivery to the agency or distribution to <br />passengers. There is no fee for encoding of cards by us, however, agency bears <br />the cost of shipping to us and from us to agency. <br />Additional cards may be purchased at the same price during the Term of the <br />Agreement but are subject to a minimum quantity of 1,000 units and a lead <br />time of 60 days from time of purchase order. <br />1.3.4. Paper Tokens (Option) <br />For use as limited (e.g., single) ride tickets. Ideal for distribution to third <br />parties, such as social services organizations. <br />Individually printed with TouchPass QR Code, agency logo and other <br />information. The agency may procure paper, single-fare, QR code tickets, each <br />pre-printed with the agency’s logo and a unique QR code compatible with the <br />TouchPass System ("Paper Tokens") from us at the above price, subject to a <br />minimum order of 5,000 units and a lead time of 30 days from time of <br />purchase order. <br />1.3.5. Reader Warranty <br />For loaned Readers, the Reader Warranty Period shall be for the duration of <br />the loan.
