The provisions of this Agreement are the result of negotiations between <br />the parties and this Agreement will not be construed in favor of or against any party by reason of the <br />extent to which any party or its professional advisors participated in the preparation of this Agreement or <br />based on a party’s undertaking of an obligation under this Agreement. <br /> <br />15.9 (Purposely left blank) <br /> <br />15.10 E-Verify Certification: At all times during performance of this Agreement, all parties shall <br />fully comply with Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes, and shall ensure <br />compliance by any subcontractors utilized.
