Exhibit A: Scope of Work <br />I, Howard Bentley Cecil, Jr agree to provide the following services to Orange County to assist in <br />managing surplus items. This service shall be provided at the rate of ten percent (10%) of the final gross <br />auction price. This agreement shall be valid from the execution date, through June 30, 2021 <br />Services to be provided are: <br /> Collection of Information on asset <br /> Taking pictures of asset for listing <br /> Notifying Orange County when items are ready for auction <br /> Handle all calls pertaining to the asset listing within one (1) business day <br /> Arrange meetings with potential buyers within three (3) business days of request <br /> Upon payment verification : <br />o Verify customer information <br /> Prepare title within three (3) business day <br /> Mail title (at my expense) if asset is scheduled to be picked up before the three (3) business <br />days. <br /> In the event that the title has not been prepared within three (3) business days, arrange to meet <br />purchaser at pre-arranged time to remove item. <br /> <br />I, Howard Bentley Cecil, Jr or Orange County reserve the right to cancel this contract with thirty (30) <br />days’ notice, thirty (30) days allows for completion of work in progress. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 50610FD4-84F9-4DC7-87A2-BD5FCF801CD9
