Reference <br />source not found. <br /> <br />Brady Service Agreement <br />Subject to approval of customer’s credit, Brady agrees to provide the services and inspect and maintain the <br />equipment listed in the attached Schedules of the Equipment Coverage section hereof and provide those <br />services indicated under the Service Procedures Schedule and Options Schedule according to the terms of <br />this agreement, including the General Provisions and Special Terms and Conditions as applicable. <br /> <br />As a part of this agreement, Brady agrees to give preferential service to the customer over non-contract <br />customers. All labor not covered under this agreement will be provided at the preferred customer discount rate <br />of 20% less than our CURRENT non-contract holder standard rates. <br /> <br />Payment and Service Fee <br />Customer agrees to pay Brady $16,984.00 per year, payable semi-annually at $8,492.00, as Brady’s fee for <br />the inspection, maintenance, repair and other services described in the Agreement Coverage section hereof. <br />This price does not include any applicable state and county sales and use taxes. Your tax obligation <br />will need to be reflected on any required purchase orders. Payment terms are net 30 days. These <br />payments are not based on the number of PM visits per month or year, but rather to provide a convenient <br />method of paying out the total cost of the Service Agreement. If this Service Agreement is terminated, the <br />annual contract amount will be pro-rated based on services completed and will become due and payable at <br />that time. <br /> <br />The Service Fee is subject to annual adjustment.
