Exhibit A <br />Scope of Services for Department Meeting Facilitation <br /> <br />August 7, 2020 <br /> <br />General Description <br />JRPW Services (hereinafter “JRPW”) will assist the Orange County Department of Housing and <br />Community Development (hereinafter “OCHCD”) in conducting a staff meeting by providing facilitation <br />services during the meeting and a brief post-meeting report. <br /> <br />Specific Tasks <br /> JRPW will provide facilitation services for personnel employed by OCHCD per request of Emila <br />Sutton, Director, to include: <br />o Preparation for and facilitation of a staff discussion for OCHCD on four “Whiteness at <br />Work” modules from the Adaway Group on September 4, 2020 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. <br />(2 hours). <br />o Preparation for the discussion will include watching the four modules (75 minutes each) <br />and one hour to develop discussion questions and design the session. <br /> <br />Terms <br /> OCHCD will pay JRPW’s invoices within 30 days of date of receipt. <br /> JRPW agrees to designate Jani Radhakrishnan as the lead contact for these services. <br /> Any modification to this agreement must be written and signed by both parties. <br /> <br />Contract Duration <br />JRPW will begin providing services to OCHCD starting on August 7, 2020. The Specific Tasks outlined <br />above will be completed on or before September 4, 2020. <br /> <br />Compensation <br />JRPW will bill the County at an hourly rate of $125 per hour.
