<br />natural gas fired with 1,250,000 Btu/Hr input, 1,203,000 Btu/Hr output. Condensing design with 96.2% AHRI
<br />Thermal Efficiency, 20:1, Turndown, ASME Stainless Steel HX, 316L SS Fire Tubes, ASME relief valve 1648,
<br />Condensate Neutralization Kit, Step Down Gas Regulator.
<br />• Reconnecting to existing piping, pumps, power wiring, & controls.
<br />• Secure permit and required Orange county Inspections.
<br />We propose hereby to furnish material and labor: $54,575.00

<br />• Provide & install (1) Hot water Non condensing boiler option CHN1442-M9 - Lochnivar Copper-Fin II natural
<br />gas Boiler with 1,440,000 Btu/Hr input, 1,224,000 Btu/Hr output. ASME Copper Finned Heat Exchanger
<br />rated for 160 psi. Fan assisted combustion, 85% thermal efficiency, 50 psi ASME pressure relief valve Step
<br />down Gas Regulator, Low Temperature Protection Valve, Automatic.
<br />• Reconnecting to existing piping, pumps, power wiring, & controls.
<br />• Secure permit and required Orange county Inspections.

<br />controls to new options only. Any updating, etc, commissioning or verification by others.
<br />• After hour, overtime premium labor, expedited shipment:
<br />Option #1 Current lead time 6-8 weeks.
<br />Option #2 Current lead time 10 – 14 days.
<br />Option #3 Current lead time 3-4 weeks.
