Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />We understand this work needs to secure permitting approval as soon as possible to maintain the <br />overall construction schedule. We propose the following duration to expedite the process: <br /> <br />Construction Documents 2 weeks <br />Permit Review/Contractor Pricing 2 weeks * <br /> <br /> *Beyond HH Architecture Control <br /> <br /> <br />Fee <br /> <br />For the scope detailed above, we propose an additional lump sum fee of Eight Thousand Seven <br />Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($8,750). <br /> <br /> <br />Exclusions <br /> <br />Excluded Services, to be billed as Additional Services only if required: <br /> <br />1. This scope does not include structural analysis or reinforcing design for areas outside of <br />the Level 2 - Alterations in the current permit drawings for the upfit. These include Suites <br />211, 220/230, 250, and Corridor 200H. All other areas are beyond this scope. The Design <br />Team recommends the County commission further study of the Suite 210 area to assess <br />compliance from the previous upfit. <br />2. Any significant redesign to the existing primary building structure. Fee assumes <br />reinforcing only. <br />3. It is anticipated that limited demolition drawings, if any, are required for structural <br />reinforcing design and construction documents. Demolition drawings for the basement <br />area are therefore limited to general architectural plans, as needed. Any further, <br />extensive demolition drawings are beyond this scope. <br />4. Any additional design for plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection <br />sprinklers are beyond this scope. For the purposes of this proposal, it is assumed all <br />work to access existing structure around building systems will be reinstalled in place, and <br />additional drawings are not required. <br /> <br /> <br />Please let me know if you need additional information.
