The County will not <br />be invoiced for T&M items below for time not expended or material not utilized. Invoices are <br />issued monthly and are due upon receipt. Standard DAA billing rates shall be used for billing <br />purposes. <br /> <br />TASK FEE <br />1 Permit to Operate Application & Report $ 13,000 <br />2 Design/Construction Drawings $ 19,500 <br />3 Design Hydrogeologic Memorandum $ 12,300 <br />4 Project Manual/Contract Documents $ 8,700 5 Bid Administration Services $ 8,400 6 Construction Services/CQA Inspections $ 43,100 * <br />TOTAL $ 105,000 <br /> * Task 6 to be billed as T&M <br /> <br />7.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> The proposed services will be provided in accordance with the conditions presented <br />herein and an existing agreement between Draper Aden Associates and Orange County Solid <br />Waste Management. Depending upon the duration of the project and the contract date, the <br />unit rates used to prepare this estimate may be modified.
