Robert Williams – PTO for C&D Phase 2 & 3 <br />August 11, 2020 <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />P:\R00\500\R00592\R00592-226N\PROPOSAL-CONTACT\PRO Williams- C&D Ph 2&3 PTC - CTC Jr.docx <br /> <br /> <br />3.0 DELIVERABLES <br /> <br /> DAA shall provide one set of draft drawings and reports (Facility Plan, Engineering Plan, <br />Construction QA Plan, Operations Report, Closure and Post-Closure Plan) for review by the <br />County. The Engineer shall incorporate comments received from the County into a final package. <br />The final Permit to Construct application (drawings and reports) shall be submitted to the NCDEQ <br />and a copy shall be submitted to the County. <br /> <br /> In addition, DAA will prepare final Contract and Construction Documents for use in <br />obtaining bids and for use in construction of the project. <br /> <br />4.0 EXCLUSIONS <br /> <br /> For services not expressly set forth in writing in this proposed scope, or signed <br />attachments to this proposal, the Engineer assumes no duty to the County to perform such <br />additional services. <br /> <br />5.0 ASSUMPTIONS/CONDITIONS <br /> <br /> The Scope of Services presented in Section 2.0 is based upon the following assumptions <br />and conditions. <br /> Current topographic mapping performed by DAA in April 2020 will utilized as a basis <br />for design. <br /> The Engineer will respond to NCDEQ comments arising from its initial review. NCDEQ <br />comments that require information beyond the scope of services of this proposal, <br />including requests by NCDEQ for additional information beyond this scope, will be <br />considered additional services. <br /> The base liner system and closure cap design will remain the same as in the current <br />permit. Changes to the liner and cap design may be considered as additional services. <br /> The County will be responsible for any fees paid to regulatory entities. <br /> Local review or permits will not be required.
