<br />COVID 19 Response Program: Rapid Repairs Program <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br />Scope of Services for Rapid Repair Work <br /> <br />November 4, 2020 <br /> <br />General Description <br />Hope Renovations will assist the Orange County Department of Housing and Community Development <br />(hereinafter “OCHCD”) in performing repairs, accessibility modifications, and related work for clients in <br />OCDOA’s Rapid Repairs program. <br /> <br />Specific Tasks <br /> Clients will be referred to Hope Renovations by OCHCD through the Rapid Repairs Program referral <br />process (OCHCD HCV Inspector  COVID-19 Housing Programs Coordinator & Housing Access <br />Coordinator  Hope Renovations). <br /> Hope Renovations will provide OCHCD a scope of work and cost estimate for every job. <br /> Projects with cost estimates above $1000 must be approved by OCHCD before work commences. <br /> <br />Terms <br /> Hope Renovations will invoice OCHCD on a monthly basis, and provide a copy of each invoice to <br />OCDOA. <br /> OCHCD will pay Hope Renovation’s invoices within 30 days of date of receipt. <br /> Total payments to Hope Renovations for repairs on a single property will not exceed $1,500 unless <br />approved by OCHCD. <br /> Total payments to Hope Renovations for the scope of this contract will not exceed $15,000. <br /> <br />Contract Duration <br />Hope Renovations will begin providing services to OCHCD starting on November 4, 2020.
