D. The Lessor's electrical contractor must connect power poles or base feeds in the junction boxes to the furniture electrical system and test all <br /> pre-wired receptacles in the systems furniture. Other Government contractors will be installing the data cable in the furniture panels for the terminal and <br /> printer locations, installing the connectors on the terminal/printer ends of the cable, and continuity testing each cable. Work shall be coordinated and <br /> performed in conjunction with the furniture, telephone, and data cable installers. Much of this work may occur over a weekend on a schedule that <br /> requires flexibility and on-call visits. The Lessor must coordinate the application of Certification of Occupancy with furniture installation. <br /> 5.19 LIGHTING: INTERIOR AND PARKING—TI(SEP 2015) <br /> A. FIXTURES: Once the design intent drawings are approved,the Lessor shall design and provide interior lighting to comply with requirements <br /> under the paragraph,"Lighting: Interior and Parking—Shell." Any additional lighting fixtures and/or components required beyond what would have been <br /> provided for an open office plan(shell)are part of the Tls. <br /> B. PENDANT STYLE FIXTURES: If pendant style lighting fixtures are used,the increase between the number of fixtures required in the Building <br /> shell and the Space layout is part of the Tls. <br /> C. MIXED FIXTURES: DIDs,if applicable, may require a mixed use of recessed or pendant style fixtures in the Space. <br /> D. BUILDING PERIMETER:There may be additional requirements for lighting in exterior parking areas,vehicle driveways, pedestrian walkways, <br /> and Building perimeter in the Security Requirements attached to this Lease. <br /> 5.20 AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM-TI(OCT 2016) <br /> Where sprinklers are required in the Space,sprinkler mains and distribution piping in a"protection"layout(open plan)with heads turned down with an <br /> escutcheon or trim plate shall be provided as part of Shell rent.Any additional sprinkler fixtures and/or components required in the Space beyond what <br /> would have been provided for an open office plan(shell)are part of the Tls. <br /> LEASE NO.57-37135-21-FA, PAGE 32 LESSOR: GOVERNMENT: GSA TEMPLATE L100 <br /> REV(10/20) <br /> FPAC V11.13.20 <br />
