provision. The Trustee and the County have no further responsibility with respect to <br /> that money or for that payment. <br /> Section 14.10. Supplemental Agreements May Vary Terms. Any <br /> supplement or amendment to this Agreement may, by its express terms only, vary <br /> any of the terms and provisions of this Article with respect to any Series of Bonds. <br /> ARTICLE XV <br /> ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS <br /> Section 15.01. Notices. <br /> (a) Any communication provided for in this Agreement must be in English <br /> and must be in writing, and "writing" includes facsimile transmission and electronic <br /> mail. <br /> (b) For the purposes of this Agreement, any communication sent by <br /> facsimile transmission or electronic mail will be deemed to have been given on the <br /> date the communication is similarly acknowledged by a County Representative (in <br /> the case of the County) or other authorized representative (in the case of any other <br /> party). No such communication will be deemed given or effective without such an <br /> acknowledgment.
