<br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR <br />NCHFA 2019 AND 2020 URGENT REPAIR PROGRAM <br />ORANGE COUNTY/TRIANGLE J COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS <br /> <br />1. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The Consultant agrees to provide on behalf of the County the services <br />necessary to implement and complete the 2019 and 2020 NCHFA Urgent Repair Program. <br />Implementation and rehabilitation activities will be administered and implemented following the <br />guidelines described in the Administrator and Inspectors Manual prepared by NCHFA, the Orange <br />County Assistance Policy and Procurement and Disbursement Policy adopted for the NCHFA 2019 and <br />2020 Urgent Repair Program projects and any other pertinent requirements received from NCHFA. <br />2. COMPENSATION OF SERVICES: In the provision of the aforementioned services, the Consultant <br />shall receive compensation for the Urgent Repair program on a unit-by-unit basis which is outlined in <br />the Urgent Repair Program Manual and is described below. The Consultant will be eligible for additional <br />funding from local funding sources, including: <br /> An additional $1,000 in funding to cover the cost of advertising and marketing for the 2020 <br />Urgent Repair Project. <br /> An additional $250 per unit to cover the cost of income and homeownership verification. <br />All other administrative costs for the Consultant’s work will be paid for using allowable soft costs for the <br />Urgent Repair Program, based on the below formula, not to exceed $30,000 for the Program Support for <br />the entire project, including additional costs described above. <br /> <br />URP 2018 HARD COSTS <br />(Construction Cost) <br />MAXIMUM PROGRAM SUPPORT <br />(Administration Cost) <br />From $501 to $10,000 $200 + 10% of the Hard Costs Not to Exceed <br />$1,000 <br />Up to $500 $200 <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: A11CF5A5-9E0D-4D63-AD4F-1119DA11AC9E
