Please return to: Guenevere Abernathy, Triangle Land Conservancy, 1101 Haynes Street, <br />Suite 205, Raleigh, NC 27604 <br />STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA PIN NO. 9891916210 <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />CONSERVATION EASEMENT <br />THE FISHER TRACT <br />THIS CONSERVATION EASEMENT ( "Conservation Easement ") is made on <br />this day of 2003 by and between Jeffrey Fisher and Angela Fisher, <br />husband and wife, with an address at , NC <br />( "Grantor ") and Triangle Land Conservancy, a nonprofit corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of State of North Carolina with an address at 1101 Haynes Street, Suite 205, <br />Raleigh, NC 27604 ( "Grantee "). <br />RECITALS & CONSERVATION PURPOSES <br />A. Grantor is the sole owner in fee simple of the property containing 1.64 acres <br />more or less, located in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina, and more <br />particularly described in an instrument recorded in Book 916, Page 64, Orange County <br />Registry (hereinafter the "Property ") and further described in Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />B. WHEREAS, Grantor and Grantee have agreed to set aside 1.17 acres of the <br />Property (as described herein below and hereinafter referred to as the "Easement Area "), for <br />the purpose of creating a Conservation Easement to preserve, enhance, restore, and maintain <br />the natural features and resources of the Easement Area, to provide habitat.for native plants <br />and animals, to improve and maintain water quality, and to control runoff of sediment <br />(hereinafter the "Conservation Values "). <br />
