This bore is approximately 400 feet. <br /> <br />One new hand hole will be set at the cut cable point and one will be set in the front yard area. <br /> <br />The existing cables will be located and excavated in the front yard. They will be cut and the new cabling <br />will be spliced in place here and at the cut point at the southwest side of the lot. <br /> <br />The splice enclosures and handholes purchased for the original repairs will be re-used for the new <br />splice. <br /> <br /> <br />Total Price: $12,373.00 <br /> <br />Conditions: <br /> <br /> <br /> Conditions: <br />1. . This quote assumes that the areas of excavation are free of rock or other obstacles. <br />This contractor will make every reasonable effort to determine soil conditions prior to <br />the start of the project. Should rock or other obstacles be encountered, one of the <br />following can be implemented: <br />• A rock boring bit and/or air hammer will be used at an increase of cost per foot. <br />• excavation and removal would be handled on a time and materials basis based on <br />industry standard rates for an excavator, dump truck, jack hammer, or any other <br />equipment required. Dumping fees, if required, are also the responsibility of the <br />owner. <br />2. Location of all existing utilities is the responsibility of the owner. Should this contractor <br />be responsible for location other than the services of ULOCO or NC One Call, <br />additional charges would apply. If damage to utilities that have not been marked <br />occurs, repairs will be made in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
