We’ve worked with them for years. Alisa has requested that David Hesselmeyer from On Target Preparedness have either E&O
coverage or Professional Liability. David runs the organization that helps Pam’s team with preparedness functions such
as mock threats, training new staff, etc. Alisa feels that OTP falls into the category of professional services. When I asked
her what constituted “Professional Services” she said that “Professional [Liability] is for any provider where we are
relying on training, or services they provide to assist us in making key decisions or providing professional services, or
where if we have been given and relied upon incorrect information could put us in a libelous situation. “

We have been using David for about six years now without this type of insurance. He does have General Commercial
Liability insurance, though (just not Professional Liability). He also works with several other counties in North Carolina
without it. Since he doesn’t have Professional Liability, Alisa wants to know if you would be willing to waive this
requirement for him and assume liability.

Please let me know.

Thank you.

DocuSign Envelope ID: 456CCCF7-4498-4241-A5B2-347F0ED688DE
