Siemens Industry, Inc.June 18, 2020 Page 20 <br />Add Option – Proven Outcomes FDD on 5 AHUs <br />The Proven Outcomes FDD option in this agreement is offered to Orange County based on our initial discussion on <br />the Proven Outcomes Methodology and the following goals: <br />Your business Goal/vision: Providing quality County Facilities to achieve high performing County Government <br />through Best in Class OC Staff and Through County Resident Satisfaction <br />Your facility focus Goal: <br />1.System performance: Maximizing the ongoing “health” of the BMS and energy savings. <br />These Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) help measure goal achievement and align our service delivery to <br />your organization's outcomes. <br />Recommended System Performance KPIs: <br />1.# of AHUs faults identified and resolved (Up to 5 AHUs total to be identified and included for <br />this KPI) <br />2.$ Saved based on recommended resolutions <br />The Proven Outcomes Service Framework has three primary components: <br />Define -We work with you to understand your goals and strategies, and ultimately Key Performance Indicators <br />(KPI’s). By establishing KPI’s, we ensure that a service program is designed with them in mind, so the expected <br />results will be achieved and measured. <br />Deliver -We deliver services that are directly aligned with the expected outcomes (KPI’s). This helps to ensure that <br />the services and tasks are aligned with your goals. In addition, we provide transparency to the services as they are <br />performed <br />Demonstrate -We quantify performance against your KPI’s and review this performance with you on a quarterly <br />basis. We also review any recommendations for improvement and establish next steps with you. This keeps the <br />services we provide relevant to your needs. The Proven Outcomes Service Framework is a collaborative approach <br />which ensures that we work together and ultimately help you achieve organizational outcomes. <br />Proven Outcomes Data Generation <br />The following tools will be used to generate and display this data: Navigator CloudOps Advanced – Applied to 5 <br />AHUs. The results will drive the resolution taskings and feed the annual KPI reporting as well as provide actionable <br />and focused service tasks for Orange County and Siemens Service Specialists to use during PMs and Flextime. <br />Using fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) we will assess the overall performance of your systems <br />while assisting in the troubleshooting of recurring intermittent issues. The result is quicker response <br />time to correct faults effecting the overall performance of your systems. <br />Siemens will leverage our highly skilled remote service specialists to either resolve issues rapidly or to <br />provide a branch technician with the results of their initial troubleshooting.This reduces the time it <br />will take to make repairs when an on-site professional is required. <br />Some of the expected outcomes when implementing this service include: <br />•Operational Key performance indicators (KPI's) Reporting <br />•Data Visualization of system performance <br />•Mitigation of risk of business and facility interruptions <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 88196B1D-4E35-402F-B8A0-732D56FA4541
