PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the: <br />Veterinary Professional Liability Insurance Policy <br />It is agreed that the Veterinary Professional Liability Bailee Extension Endorsement, U-VPL-101-A CW (07/04), Section IV – <br />ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS, Paragraph I is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br />I.SUIT <br />No suit, action or proceeding for the recovery of any Claim under this endorsement shall be sustainable in any court of law or <br />equity unless the same be commenced within three (3) years after discovery by the Insured of the event which gives rise to the <br />Claim.
