Exhibit D
ENO ARTS MILL STUDIOS COMMISSION STRUCTURE
In an effort to keep Eno Arts Mill Studios affordable for local artists while ensuring the sustainability of the Studios, the County will
charge the following commission for services:
•FEATURED EXHIBITS The County will collect a 30% commission from the sale of artwork during monthly featured exhibits.
This includes work displayed in designated exhibit areas, but not within individual artist studios. In exchange, the County
will promote the exhibits and host a monthly Open Studio Reception. Featured work will be entered into the County
inventory system and sales tracked. Sales will be calculated following the exhibit closing and artist payments processed
within thirty (30) days.
•CLASSES In an effort to minimize up-front cost, the County will collect a percentage of class fees rather than charge a flat
rental fee. Artists can select between two options for hosting classes within the Studios:
o Basic Use Fee: The County will collect a 30% commission from the fees of artist-hosted classes. In exchange, the
County will provide class space, tables and chairs, scheduling and reservation assistance, and a listing of the class
on the OCAC website. Following each class, artists will report attendance. An invoice will be sent; payment must
be received within thirty days in order to continue use of class space.
o Full-service Fee: The County will collect a 50% commission from the fees of artist-hosted classes. In exchange, the
County will provide class space, tables and chairs, and scheduling and reservation assistance. The County will also
promote the class through the following channels:
Graphic design of flyer/web graphic
Listing of the class on the OCAC website
Inclusion in monthly OCAC e-blast
Creation of Facebook event page
Promotion through OCAC social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
In order to utilize OCAC’s promotional assistance, complete details about the class as well as at least one high-
resolution image must be provided to County staff no later than 45 days prior to the class.
DocuSign Envelope ID: 7738C4BA-F355-438D-A8FF-426AB18EB92CDocuSign Envelope ID: 15DABC12-D8AB-412E-80F4-BDBB9A4F1D3C
