Special design consideration is desired to minimize <br />adverse environmental and culNrel impacts. <br />Probes JnalMCetlnn: This project creates a parallel mute to Me highly congested Churton Street <br />correct (NC 68 8 US 70 Business). Projections estimate dos project, with a <br />capacity of 21,000 vpd, will remove approximately 5,000 vpd from Churton <br />Street. This route will be used to re-route heavy truda and through traffic out <br />of the dowMOwNhlstoric district An Economic Development District exists <br />just south of Elizabeth Brady Road around Me interchange at 1 -85.
