She said the purpose of the fund was to <br /> 10 give the Board of County Commissioners the ability to respond to social justice needs in the <br /> 11 community. <br /> 12 Bonnie Hammersley said the Commissioners' Contingency funds are used as needed. <br /> 13 She said in next year's budget, it could be used for travel and training needs.
