Decision Guide for BEAG Approval and Disapproval of Actions 148 <br /> Items for Approval by Simple Maiority Vote of Members Present at the Meeting <br /> Roll Call at the Beginning of the Meeting for Establishing a Quorum <br /> Approval of Meeting Summaries from Previous Group Meetings <br /> Approval of a Motion to Excuse a Member from Voting on an item being considered <br /> Approval of a Motion to Adjourn a Group Meeting <br /> Items for Approval by Super-Majority Vote of Members Present at the Meeting <br /> All Others Actions <br /> For purposes of the BOCC Elections Advisory Group, a Super-Majority required to approve a <br /> motion consists of at least sixty(60)percent of Group members present at the meeting including <br /> at least two members from District 1 and at least two members from District 2 voting in support <br /> of the motion. <br /> Abstentions <br /> Any abstentions or lack of response will be considered as a vote in support of the motion on the <br /> floor. A vote in opposition to a motion being considered must be specifically voiced by a Group <br /> member. <br />
