Approve the transfer of ownership of the water and sewer infrastructure to the Town of <br /> Hillsborough and authorize the County Manager to sign the Dedication Form (Attachment <br /> 2); and <br /> 2. Authorize the County Manager and staff to pursue any further actions, as necessary, to <br /> complete the transfer of ownership to the Town of Hillsborough. <br />
