The Department of Child Support Services has need for contract legal services pending <br /> the employment of a full time attorney to cover the primary attorney responsibilities for the <br /> department and to ensure a smooth transition of legal services to the department with the <br /> onboarding of the newly hired staff attorney. This amendment seeks to increase the budget <br /> for IV-D Refunds, federal funding through annual performance incentive awards, based on <br /> historic actuals to more accurately reflect the average revenue, increasing IV-D Refunds <br />
