Quarterly Report (2021 Q1) for Orange County's CDBG-CV Grant <br /> 23 The Board received the first quarterly update on Orange County's Community Development <br /> 24 Block Grant— Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) grant from the NC Department of Commerce. <br /> 25 f. Fiscal Year 2020-21 Budget Amendment#14 <br /> 26 The Board considered approval of budget, grant, and capital ordinance amendments for fiscal <br /> 27 year 2020-21 for Food Council; Criminal Justice Resource Department; Arts Commission; <br /> 28 Partnership to End Homelessness; Department on Aging; Sheriff's Office; Efland Sewer <br /> 29 Operating Fund; County Capital Projects; American Rescue Plan Act Funding; Debt Service; <br /> 30 and Non-Departmental Technical Amendment. <br /> 31 g. JCPC Certification and County Plan for FY 2021-2022 <br /> 32 The Board approved the Orange County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) Certification <br /> 33 and County Plan for FY 2021-2022. <br /> 34 h. Contract for Recycling Processor <br /> 35 The Board approved and authorized the County Manager to sign a two year contract with Waste <br /> 36 Management Recycling America, LLC, for the Processing, Marketing and Sale of Recyclable <br /> 37 Material. <br /> 38 i. Contract for Construction and Demolition Landfill Phase 2 Cell Construction <br /> 39 The Board approved and authorized the County Manager to sign a contract with Shamrock <br /> 40 Environmental Corporation for the Phase 2 construction of the Orange County Construction and <br /> 41 Demolition Landfill. <br /> 42 j. Compactor Purchase for Construction and Demolition Landfill and Approval of <br /> 43 Budget Amendment#14-A <br /> 44 The Board approved and authorized the County Manager to purchase a landfill compactor for <br /> 45 the purpose of compacting material delivered to the Construction and Demolition (C&D) Landfill, <br /> 46 and approve Budget Amendment#14-A. <br /> 47 k.
