28 <br /> POSITION EXPIRATION VACANCY INFORMATION <br /> DESIGNATION DATE <br /> At-Large 06/30/2023 Vacant since 05/20/2021 <br /> 1 <br /> 2 Tara May reminded the Board that it reached consensus on Paul Voss at its June 3, <br /> 3 2021 work session as the nominee for the At-Large partial term position on the Affordable <br /> 4 Housing Advisory Board. <br /> 5 Commissioner Dorosin suggested appointing Deon Graham to the At-Large position. He <br /> 6 read some of the qualities about Graham that supported his nomination. <br /> 7 Chair Price asked if he lives in Carrboro <br /> 8 Commissioner Dorosin said this is an at large position. <br /> 9 Tara May said he lives in the Carrboro city limits, but yes it is an at large position. <br /> 10 Commissioner Greene agreed with the suggestion. <br /> 1 1 Commissioner Bedford said he is on the Human Relations Commission, but his voice <br /> 12 would be good on the Affordable Housing Advisory Board. <br /> 13 Chair Price said she had no problem with people serving on two boards. <br /> 14 The Board agreed by consensus on Deon Graham. <br /> 15 The Board reaffirmed their support of Voss to the partial-term position. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Agricultural Preservation Board —Appointments Discussion <br /> 18 The Board discussed appointments to the Agricultural Preservation Board. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 BACKGROUND: <br /> 21 The following appointment information is for Board consideration: <br /> 22 <br /> NAME SPECIAL TYPE OF APPOINTMENT EXPIRATION <br /> REPRESENTATIVE TERM <br /> DATE <br /> Howard Vol. Ag.
