She would be inclined to make changes in the future as ESSER funds go away. <br /> 8 <br /> 9 A motion was made by Commissioner Bedford, seconded by Commissioner Dorosin to <br /> 10 approve the per pupil allocation of$4,367. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Roll call ensued. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Paul Laughton reviewed the impact of the amendments that were passed. He said the <br /> 17 only impact to the General Fund is the reduction to the Chapel Hill Library budget by $31,816. <br /> 18 He said the budget is out of balance by that amount, and the Board will need to decide where <br /> 19 those funds will that go. He said the Board can also reduce the fund balance by that amount. <br /> 20 Chair Price asked if that includes the tax burden relief. <br /> 21 Paul Laughton said that was funded with ARPA funding, as well as the Small Business <br /> 22 position. <br /> 23 Travis Myren asked if the tax equivalent could be identified. <br /> 24 Paul Laughton said it was around .0001 cents. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 2.
