(All other staff members will be identified <br /> 18 appropriately below) <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Chair Price called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 A roll call was called; all members were present. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Due to current public health concerns, the Board of Commissioners is conducting a Virtual <br /> 25 Budget Work Session on June 8, 2021 utilizing Zoom. Members of the Board of Commissioners <br /> 26 will be participating in the meeting remotely. As in prior meetings, members of the public will be <br /> 27 able to view and listen to the meeting via live streaming video at <br /> 28 orangecountync.gov/967/Meeting-Videos and on Orange County Gov-TV on channels 1301 or <br /> 29 97.6 (Spectrum Cable). <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> 33 Chair Price requested a motion to amend the agenda to add appointment discussion for <br /> 34 the following advisory boards and commissions after item 4: <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Affordable Housing Advisory Board <br /> 37 Agricultural Preservation Board <br /> 38 • Animal Services Advisory Board <br /> 39 • Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitor's Bureau <br /> 40 • Orange County Parks and Recreation Council <br /> 41 Adult Care Home Community Advisory Committee <br /> 42 <br /> 43 A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Bedford, to <br /> 44 add discussion of the advisory boards and commissions after item 4. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Roll call ensued <br /> 47 <br /> 48 VOTE: UNANMIOUS <br /> 49 <br /> 50 1.
