She said based on recent <br /> 7 discussions the Board has had, regarding delaying any development in these areas in the <br /> 8 Buckhorn Area, this money for water and sewer does not need to be reserved in this budget. <br /> 9 Commissioner McKee said Commissioner Dorosin's comments from the last amendment <br /> 10 are relevant here as well. He said this money not be spent until the Board approves moving into <br /> 11 Area B. He said he understands the general consensus was not to move into area B, but it was <br /> 12 not a decision. He said the money for this amendment, and the last, can just be left in the <br /> 13 budget as placeholders. <br />
